^this. Everyone on a movie set should have it drilled into them to check the firearms. Alec Baldwin should have had
the entire magazine opened to him prior to the shot and personally watched (or he himself) loaded each blank into the firearm.
It'd take 30 minutes top....if that for an adequate safety brief and preperation. Maybe 5 minutes.
And it'd save lives.
