with games BYU lost and games BYU won during a losing season (of course, I have more associated with games we won during winning seasons). Among them are the time I got really good scalped tickets to see San Diego State at BYU. Not hard to do as we finished 5-6 that year. John Beck hit Todd Watkins on a several long bombs and it was great.

I also was just thinking about the excitement the week of the Coastal Carolina game last year. We didn't win. But we showed we were willing to play a game on short notice during the crazy 2020 year in which we showed more consistently than most schools that we were willing to play. The fun of tracking the equipment truck was completely unexpected and it will probably stand out for years to come.

Last week, I enjoyed the long completions from Hall to the Nacua brothers and Hall's long run.

And, of course, I'd rather BYU won all the time. But, given it's entertainment, I'm glad I can appreciate the good in less than perfect situations.
