Don't get me wrong, Hall has been decent, but he's not making decisions or throws like Zach did last year. Of course, Zach is a rare player. Hall doesn't have a ton of experience so it remains to be seen if he can start seeing the field more and making better decisions. Still leaves room to second guess if Baylor is a better option
