Reached into the freezer to get something and it just caught. I understand your situation because you were actually moving something with actual weight, all I did was bend down. Walked a little hunched over for about a week like an old man. Took 1 to 2 minutes to get out of bed.

Week 3 is when I started to feel pretty decent and capable. I'm on week 4 now and it's almost 100% better.
