I don't have a specific job in mind, but you might look at working at the state government
My wife said that in our state there are thousands of open positions and not enough people are applying for them. Maybe there's something there for you related to your skillset. I think we often focus on jobs in the private sector in our searching, but don't forget about the public sector too.
