My father-in-law got double charged by Ticketmaster for the BYU-Arizona game in Vegas. They kept giving him the run-around for months (he bought the tickets back in May or something). He's an attorney and finally sent them a letter saying he was going to take them to small-claims court. He immediately heard from one of their senior customer service people and they refunded him his money, paid his legal costs (whatever the filing fee was), and gave him a $100 gift card to use on future Ticketmaster purchases.
