I also think what he has done is often overstated on CB, while Jaren gets very little credit for what he does as a QB and his mistakes/weaknesses are over exaggerated.

All we know is that for whatever reason, Jaren won the QB battle in camp and that he hasn’t done anything that would require the coaches to pull him. No one here is privy to what actually happens in practice, in the meeting room, in the film room, in the huddle, at the line pre-snap, etc.

I tend to trust the evaluation of the coaches over the opinions of CBers, especially given CB’s history of wanting to bench Taysom for Tanner, Zach for Baylor, etc.

I guess I just don’t get the tendency of some on here to actively seek out reasons to hate on Hall each week while just assuming that Baylor would be better in every aspect.
