I've started just buying cheap non-stick pans for like $20 and then plan on replacing them every year or so. I used to
buy expensive non-stick pans, but they just don't last that long before the non-stick surface starts to wear off. For me it's just easier to buy the cheap ones and replace them when needed. I don't think there are huge differences between brands at that price level.
