My favorite non cast iron pan is a nonstick induction ready pan I got from Ikea.
I use this for eggs, pancakes, veggies and other light items I don't want to cook in the cast iron. For my meats (steak, burgers, and chicken breast), I like to use a lodge cast iron skillet.
