If BYU beats Virginia or USC. I'd say 50% chance Guaranteed Rate Bowl Dec28th
With such a crazy year and the fact that so many Big12 teams look to finish 5-7 or close to it, there is a really good chance that BYU goes to Guranteed Rate Bowl.
The main thing we need is for BYU to not finish the season 2-2, because if we are standing at 8-4 at season's end. . . we will likely not be chosen by the Guranteed Rate Bowl to fill the vacant slot!
Just like every year of independence, every game matters, just win baby.
The difference between finishing 2-2 and 4-0 is HUGE when it comes to post season bowl options.
