The Katana includes extensive FX pedals whereas the Vox mostly has
Mostly modulation type effects.
Both amps allow editing the presets within the supplied software. Both amps are plenty loud. The Vox has actual preamp tubes.
The Vox seems pretty good. It is more tweakable directly on the amp than the Katana.
I own a Fender Mustang series 1 amp and a Line6 Helix floor so I am familiar with amp modeling.
