rule in our favor if I was a crook? The company that supposedly held the note could not prove that they actually did. The “note” they produced was not the original and in my opinion obviously forged. In the carnage of the recession I think they ended up with a bunch of questionable documents for nothing and have been trying to foreclose on them ever since. Basically just trying to get lucky and foreclose on those that don’t answer or oppose them.
