So, you're not even in Utah? 2 points to that:1) why do you even care, then?
2) most of the neighborhoods I know of are doing it both nights
Not to mention, who cares if it's on Saturday or Sunday? Being "forced to do to on Saturday" is like the weakest oppressive thing I've ever heard.
