I feel like the BOT would be tough (esp with $$), but consistent over time. mega donors are volatile and fickle
you can get used to a consistent approach and learn how to approach them and you'll learn how to generally get the results you want.
the donors would be free spending, but they'll turn on you in an instant and be sending all their money to your replacement before you know what's happening.
