I think BYU is a top-15 team. I don't think Oregon is.
BYU could turn out to be somewhere in the top 10, even. I'm not putting any ceiling on them. I think their floor/basement is top-20.
Oregon looked like they had some serious holes to fix. I'm betting they turn out to be good, but probably outside of top 18 or so.
Time will tell, of course.
