Any Vivint support people on here? We made the mistake of signing
up for service almost 5 years ago. They have over promised and under delivered. For some reason, the latest issue is that I can't log in to my account, and it won't send a password reset email to my email. So, basically can't access my system from anywhere, but at the panel. Now they tell me to contact another support, during my work hours. The end of my contract can't get here soon enough.
