Good advice. Most people find out that they have a temperature and get
worried. Not a problem. Having your temperature rise is the perfect response by your body to fight
a minor cold etc. Your body raises its temperature during a cold in order to kill the virus (or bacteria).
This actually helps, just opposite what many people would think.
The perfect human response, as well as your body producing antibodies and T cells to fight the infection.
