So I saw today’s BB AP poll and it got me thinking that BYU’s been ranked a lot lately. So I looked back, wondering how good this run has been in relation to other schools.

The results may surprise you!

No other college has had their CFB/CNB teams in all five of the respective polls (final AP for 2020&2021 BB, Final AP for 2021 CFB and current AP polls for both CFB and CBB).

Now the COUGS haven’t reached the elite level of either sport (no sweet 16 or beyond or NY6/CFP) yet. Maybe the next year or so will see them break though on those. Here’s to hoping. Go Cougars!
