If we beat USC, and two of the three teams ahead of us lose (Okla, MSU, Ole Miss), it won't matter, we're likely in. If we beat USC and two of the three teams ahead of us win, it won't matter, we're likely out.
With all being equal though, if two of the three teams ahead of us lose and Utah beats Oregon, our chances of getting in go up slightly.
