He is not leaving.
He is wise and simply allowing BYU to do what it needs to financially stabilize the assistants, ect.
If he is as good as is sold he'll always have the opportunity to jump so no reason to leave right now.
If history is true it's not like USC, UW and all these other schools won't have openings in another couple years anyways.
No reason to bail on a school he built back into relevance as it's about to be introduced as a P5. Ride the success.
