For non-tech companies profits/revenue are much more important. But for tech, selling as a “plug in” is often the way.
Find a company that can use your stuff to solve inefficiencies or whose network will make your product have way way more reach. An idea that can produce $10M in total revenue alone might make $10B in revenue within the Airbnb or Alphabet ecosystem
