Replay shouldn't take more than 90 seconds, if it takes more than that then it

Replay needs to be fixed. So slow and momentum killing.

I agree. To many times they try to reofficiate the play even if not conclusive

And then it causes refs to be less decisive on the field because they know replay will bail them out and decide for them
