Bernie is not a socialist. He has embraced the term socialist becasue so many people call him that, but that doesn't mean he's actually a socialist. He's a progressive based on the far-right shift of American politics, nothing more. He'd be a conservative in most European countries. He isn't a socialist. "Die Linke" would condemn him for being a right-winger.

Bernie is campaigning for a more rigid social safety net and medicare for all, not a governmental takeover of the means of production. He's a social democrat, which is not a socialist. Not even close.

Every human being with a conscience and human empathy supports Black Lives Matter. Full stop.

Pushing America to socialism is a perfect example of what I said. It's an argument not made in good faith. Yes, democrats are pushing us to the left. But like, we're taking a shuffle step to the left when socialism is a few blocks away. Imagine thinking corporate democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden are socialist. Lol, that's absurd.
