I don't have a problem with people attending just about any college football game, even if they don't have any inherent fanhood or rooting interests. But wearing a different team's gear is weird.

That said, I tend to lean towards not judging - as a kid I was always excited to go to a real-life baseball game, either AAA in Salt Lake or a few times in Denver. And as a dumb kid, I always wore my Blue Jays hat (my favorite team as a kid for an assortment of odd reasons) because it was a baseball game and being new to it, I didn't exactly get the nuances of there being meaningful differences.
