The only real strong stretch they had was when Carroll was there and they were committing all sorts of violations. Outside of Carroll, 30+ years of mediocre football.

Is this just a case of lots of bad coaches? Or are there institutional problems there as well?

Meanwhile, schools like LSU win nattys on the reg, even with mediocre coaches. What’s up with SC?
