Chaz's main issue, imo, is his injuries & time away w his inner struggles. I love the kid as a player, but he seems to struggle w shouldering responsibility for his actions, which leads to making excuses which don't help him — which maybe is why he struggles to take his coaches' advice.
I really hope him the best. He's proven he can be one of our most valuable defensive players when he's healthy. I'd hate to see him transfer, but I also don't want to see the coaches forfeit our best alignments for his sake. We have a lot of talent at both the Safety & LB spots right now.
