It’s too risky to navigate all the HR and employment law unless you have a very qualified staff. They should be able to help you determine an appropriate salary as well. I’d assume the cost is much much less based on US wages. The savings will help offset the management fee.

I can tell you when we hire oversees, the cost is about 1/2 to 1/3 and that includes all takes and a very rich benefit program.
