so the river flow was stopped. We were on vacation going to see aunt who lived up there. We just stopped to have a look & my dad saw these awesome fish in big puddles in the river bed so he waded in and I joined him just hucking them out on the rocks. We took several with us and ate them when we got to my aunts house.
This is very strange but if anyone's close by you could certainly offer to help "relocate" some fish.
