contracted to utilize Chili's kitchens (and cooks and ingredients, etc.) to produce their wings. I know it's just semantics, but "technically" it's a separate company that is just operate inside Chili's and not Chili's itself. But that's like saying KFC and A&W are separate restaurants even when you are ordering both from the same counter from the same employee selling you both of them on one ticket.
