is no way she should be able to dictate what personal items he can get (especially if medication is involved). I had a bit of a different issue with my dad - his wife tried to keep us from seeing hime by getting a restraining order against me and my son. At 90 he (actually I) divorced the witch. The judge threw out the restraining order charge and told her she was wasting the courts time. She was pretty surprised when we went to the hearing and she was served with divorce papers. We had to go back several times and we always went with an escort. You might ask your bishop if he knows a good family law attorney. That's what I did (but made it clear it wasn't for me :)).
