so much of your focus to football that you don't have time for a lot of other things. Its like eating freeze-dried food on a camping or hunting trip where you forego a tasty meal for speed and convenience, and may even opt to just eat it cold so you can get energy even though its far from a delicious, home cooked meal (much less a fine dining experience).

And so, after so many years of this, he's ready to start doing some of the things he hasn't taken the time to do over the past years. He mixed up some of his terminology but I think he was aiming for this message. Maybe 🙂
