interesting, just received a resume for a job we are offering at my office. I
about fell out of my chair when I saw who it was. Is an employee that we fired 2 yrs ago.
We had to let her go because she stole from us (about $800). We don't have video evidence so we couldn't bring charges against her, etc, but we know it was her. She was fired for that among other things. She knows we know.
I am floored she applies for a job in our office again like nothing has happened. I guess it isn't true nobody wants to work now, they just have to be ex employees that steal from you, then they will work.
