It’s pretty easy…




Use regular whole milk NOT the fancy ultra pasteurized milk

Regular heavy cream.

I let the vinegar hot milk mixture sit for 20 min after adding the vinegar and before straining out curds. Then I let the curds sit in the cheese cloth for an hour. Then put it on the fridge. Add fresh herbs after Rita chilled
