There are a lot of schools that don’t want to do the work it takes
To set up the programs and partnerships we have set up. These guys are taking shortcuts. Ole Miss is cutting a dividend check their players from gate at the games. This kind of thing is not covered under the NIL.

This isn’t an excuse for teams to outright pay athletes. It has to come from the private sector and be in exchange for representation or tasks performed.

Schools that are just paying players are doing so to try to create equity so that not only their stars she benefit but they don’t either legally or intellectually have the ability to accomplish what we did which was totally legal under the law and under NCAA regulations
