Current Stats:

Taysom Hill (2 starts and some gadget plays): 58.6% completion rate, 2:5 TD:INT, 330 add'l yards + 5 TDs rushing/receiving, averaging 220 yards passing in his QB starts, 44.8 QBR

Tyler Huntley (2 basically complete games and some mopup): 67.8% completion rate, 1:1 TD:INT, 245 yards passing per start, 95 yards rushing, 42.0 QBR

Jordan Love (1 start and some mopup): 58.5% completion rate, 1:1 TD:INT, 190 yards passing in his start, 31.8 QBR

Zach Wilson (9 starts): 56.1% completion rate, 6:11 TD:INT, 194 pass yards per game (+6 rush yards/game), 24.0 QBR

Obviously Wilson's number is the most entrenched and hardest to change since he's had more opportunity, but he also likely has more playing time to improve it. I honestly wouldn't be surprised by it being any of these 4 this year (except maybe Love)
