Now that's a fair criticism. And to be fair to Rafe, TEOTW was never anyone's
favorite book in the series. It's the one you have to get past before really getting to the meat of the series.
I don't mind them rushing through the material this season. It appears they've already increased the budget, and I think the material in later volumes is far better than they had to work with in this season.
