Not in PR, but did one near Merritt Island in Florida
In one of our friend's boats. Was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. The coolest part was seeing the fish underwater glowing as they swam by, it was incredible.

Yes, I have done that on Vieques – and it's one of the most magical experiences I've ever had in my life.
