The gendered nature of grammar has nothing to do with gender of people.

Using the correct form of a noun is the same as suing the correct form of a verb. It has nothing to be with being woke or gendered or anyting. It has everything to do with speaking clearly and correctly.

So, yeah, IMO "latinx" is racist in it's essence.
