He gives auto-bid to whoever is currently sitting in 1st place in the conference
standings. If it's a tie then he gives whoever is higher-rated in NET the auto-bid. Right now BYU is 2-0 and Gonzaga and USF are only 1-0 so that gives the auto-bid to BYU for now.
