I’d put a top tier of 4: Phoenix, GS, Brooklyn, Milwaukee. Then I’d have a secondary tier of: Chicago, Miami, Cleveland, Utah, Memphis.

I think the thing that separates those other teams from Utah is simply the unknown. We’ve seen this Utah team before and they have not been real title contenders. These other teams might not either, but we haven’t actually seen them, in their current form at least, in the playoffs.
