Can folks involved in the building of new homes speak to what a horrible
Idea it is to build a new home right now in Utah?

-materials outrageous cost
-materials on back order
-labor shortage
-etc…

All making for a much more expensive and longer process than waiting say 2-3 more years for these things to calm down a bit?

Another question: do you see real estate prices continuing to rise in Utah over the next 2-3 years?

In short: we are planning on building in Utah where we are both from but def not feeling it’s the right time to pull the trigger. Can the experts weigh in? TIA.
