Mark's credibility took a huge hit with the DUI, but he started with a massive

amount of credibility due to his classy, humble, professional behavior over 15 years. There remains enough credibility that he gets my benefit of doubt that this was a one time mistake.

I evaluate every situation on its own merits. If some has little to no creditability, is an antagonist, a blow-hard full of hot air, and then gets a DUI, they haven't show a pattern of good behavior. The DUI reinforces the pattern of bad judgement.
