Taking a charge is difficult. It's a really important defensive skill, but it's something that most players can't do naturally without some practice and coaching.

It looks like these guys are being trained and coached to do it correctly. The drill looks rough with a lot of bodies hitting the floor, but if you look closely it's pretty controlled and the players know what they're doing to keep from getting unnecessarily hurt.
