If they are all on the team, here's how I rank the players:
PG: Erickson, Hall OR Stewart
SG: Johnson, Knell, Toolson, Hansen
SF: George, Knight, Saunders
PF: Lohner
C: Fouss, Atiki
Does George count against the scholarship count if it is a COVID year? The most immediate need is another 4, and likely an experienced 5.
The one most likely on the chopping block has to be Hansen, then probably Toolson. It'd be nice if we could ask Hansen to transition to a walk on, and also have a player for George's COVID year. If that's not the case, then some tough decisions will need to be made it seems. I don't think Pope pulls a recent RM's scholarship, Johnson provides too much for the team, and Pope seems super loyal to Knell. Stewart, Hall, and Erickson have the most upside with their athleticism. Not sure the right answer.
