It after I learned she’d passed away when you brought your other dog in for the grooming app. I suck with people so I never know what to say to clients when their pet dies but I definitely feel for them and care about my furry clients and am saddened when they pass and feel compassion for the owners loss. I understand very well the attachment people can have to their pets, if I can get so attached only seeing them every few weeks or months, living with an animal every day definitely builds a much closer and stronger bond.
