Would be willing to go given they're finally going to be coaching in a P5 conference and hopefully making P5 money. I'd be surprised if UH could offer more than what Kalani went to bat and got them during his recent negotiations. Plus I have to imagine BYU provides one of the best work/life balances among the coaching jobs in D1 FB.

Now if Gilford were to become a D Coordinator I could see him leaving with Lamb or Tuiaki becoming a HC, but hopefully Kalani has made it hard to want to leave for anything but a solid promotion 🤞🏻
