Going into the Big 12, how would you rank these potential initiatives by the AD.
1. Improve the Cougar Club - grow it from 5,000 members to 20,000 members.
2. Expand and renovate LES
3. Expand and renovate other sports facilities
4. Add some new sports like wrestling, men's soccer, and obviously some new women's sports
5. Make sure money sports have the adequate staff, facilities, etc. that are on par or better than other B12 teams
6. Improve the game day experience by emphasizing more activities, tailgating etc.
