Just figure out that actual MPG. This miles/tank thing does nobody any good.
Having said that, if it's recent, Veracruz's suggestion is likely a part of it. Tire pressure could be low with a drop in ambient air temp, but would probably come back up as you drive for a while.

Are you using a remote start and letting it idle to warm it up before going anywhere? That could be partly to blame.

Winter blend of fuel, like bd52 mentioned could also be a part.
