We sent in three passports and paid for expedited service. It got down to 10 days before leaving and no passports. No online confirmation they were even working on them. Our travel agent tells us to email our Senator (Romney) and ask them to help expedite it. After about 3 emails and filling out a form we had the passports overnighted to us. The Senators office acted like they did this all the time and it was no big deal for them. It took a total of 3 days to have them at our house.
