I get the TRD-Off Road Premium package. It ditches the air suspension and adds a rear locker. I was confused for a bit

The rear locker option is just $800-1000 more than what you had, but you get the locker and upgraded suspension.

Yes. Your link had "advanced off-road tech" which swapped the locker for rear air and saved you $1k.
